Borderlands which dlc to play first

Look at the game on Wikipedia or pcgamingwiki? Last edited by Nicholas Steel ; 6 Apr, am. You can play all the dlc after you do the first or second paly through cause they scale. So just play them when you want to and can handle them. Originally posted by Nicholas Steel :. Draekus View Profile View Posts. Originally posted by Draekus :. Finish the game. Zombies, Secret Armoury, Robolution. Underdome isn't a story DLC, but it does introduce Moxxi so visit it before doing Secret Armoury just for the first cutscene. Robolution must come last because it features some bosses from the previous DLCs that you don't want spoiled. Nite69 View Profile View Posts. Last edited by Nite69 ; 6 Apr, pm. Level scaling since patch in , take them after playtrough 1. Zombie, Fort Knox then Robolution. Underdome whenever you like. You can technically do the Underdome whenever, but it's prolly better to wait until near the end of the game to do it with better weapons, mods, ect You may want to stop and use the bank if you want to however You can technically do the DLC anytime after IIRC for best results.

I'd advise beating the main game first, and then continue Playthrough 1 doing the DLC. Secret Armory can be tricky at times, and the Final Secret Boss requires you a HIGH level so you'll need to come back later this is just a side quest however, and does not effect the main story Claptrap Revolution is kinda meh, but does net you an extra Skill Point.

You shoudl be around IIRC. User Info: booyakasha For continuity's sake, there is one thing that makes Claptrap necessary to do after Knoxx revealing it would be a spoiler. Otherwise there isn't much of a timeline involved, so you can tackle them in whatever order. User Info: danishjuggler Do playthrough 1 of the main game. Then do the Zombie DLC. Then do Underdome. Then do Secret Armory of General Knoxx. Then do Claptrap Revolution. That's how the story progresses, and that's what makes the most sense.

And if you do it that way, you'll always be at an appropriate level - you'll never be underleveled or grossly overleveled.

On another note, so far the stories do not seem to be connected to the main one really at all, besides the presence of certain characters that were also a part of those events. You should not spoil anything for yourself if you should happen to start either of them before finishing the game. That is quite a mouthful to say the least. The setting steals heavily from classic spaghetti western imagery and appears to be focused on a cast of entirely new characters. Which could be good, bad, or ugly, pardon my terrible pun.

Two new characters, Juno and Rose, were shown off at the event that announced this DLC, but not a whole lot is known about them at this time. Interesting to say the least.
